Product Description

The power station and solar panel arrived separately – is that normal?

Yes, they ship separately due to carrier policy. Both should arrive within a few days of each other. If one is missing, we'll track it down for you.
Does the battery life really deliver twice the runtime as advertised?

For devices under 100W (like lights and routers), yes – up to double runtime. Real-world results vary with usage, but firmware updates via the app optimise performance.
Is this powerful enough for a camping fridge or as a primary power source?

It's a great starter unit for lights, phones, and small devices – not designed for full-size fridges or heavy loads. For that, consider our Delta series.
Can I use it as a UPS for my router and PC?

Yes, it switches in <20ms – fast enough to keep routers, PCs, and NAS running during power cuts. No data loss, no downtime. Just plug and go.
Why does my 200W solar panel only charge at 110W?

RIVER 3 maxes out at 110W solar input. Larger panels won't charge faster. The 45W panel is the perfect match for this model – light, portable, and efficient.

[Ultra-light & Compact] With its flat-topped compact design, RIVER 3's structure is optimised, reducing the size by 30% compared to the industry average. It easily fits into small spaces like cupboards, vans, or bags for easy storage and portability.
[Extended Appliance Runtime With Quiet Performance] With groundbreaking X-GaNPower, RIVER 3 revolutionises energy efficiency, delivering double runtime for appliances under 100W, adding up to 15 hours. GaN also lowers noise volume to less than 30 dB at a distance of 0.5 m.
[Versatile Charging Options] Using X-Stream technology, RIVER 3 can be fast AC charged from 0-100% in 1 hr without causing battery damage. RIVER 3 also supports solar, car, and generator charging.
[High Power Output] RIVER 3 keeps 90% of your must-have appliances running with 300W of power. With X-Boost technology, it can power 600W heating devices without breaking a sweat. Keep your essentials running smoothly, even during power outages or outdoor getaways.
[Uninterrupted Daily Living] <20 ms UPS solution for uninterrupted daily living. When a power outage occurs, your AC outlet will switch to the RIVER 3 supply in a barely noticeable 20 ms. It keeps vital home appliances running, maintaining food storage, security, and communication.
