  • Why won't the YARDCARE robot lawnmower start?

    Please place the robot lawnmower on your lawn and check that the battery is fully charged before turning it on. Due to the anti-theft device, please carefully read the start-up instructions in the manual.

  • Can the YARDCARE robotic lawn mower be used at night/in the rain?

    The robot lawnmower's camera relies on good lighting to function. For safety reasons, the robot lawnmower is equipped with a rain sensor. Therefore, this robot lawnmower can only be used during the day and when it is not raining.

  • What type of lawn is this robotic lawnmower suitable for? Does it cut the edges?

    This robot lawnmower is suitable for small lawns of about 100 square meters with clearly defined edges. The V100 will stop 10-20 cm from the edge of the lawn, leaving some uncut grass.

  • How tall of grass can this lawn mower cut?

    This mower can trim grass between 20 and 60mm in height. If the grass is taller than 65mm, the machine may detect it as an obstacle. Therefore, we recommend manually cutting taller grass first to ensure optimal mowing performance.

  • How should I maintain the battery if the robot lawnmower will not be used for a long period?

    Note: If the battery will not be used for an extended period, charge it to at least 75% before storage.

  • Is the robot lawnmower faulty if it stops spiraling halfway in spiral mode?

    No. The maximum spiral diameter of this mower is 170 cm. When it encounters an obstacle, it will return to straight mowing mode.

  • Why can’t the robot lawnmower detect the restricted area after the magnetic strip is placed on the lawn?

    Please check that the notched side of the magnetic strip is installed facing upward. If the notch faces sideways, the robot lawnmower may not detect it.
